Payment methods

We accept pre payment via Klarna, Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL.

Shipping

Shipping costs: The shipping costs to be paid are calculated from the postage, packaging and logistics costs. The costs are calculated during the ordering process.

Software enhancements that are provided by an activation code are basically free of shipping costs.

General shipping information:
Digital products will be shipped after receiving payment.
You will automatically receive an email with shipping information (e.g. package number, shipping date etc.) as soon as your order has left our warehouse. After approx. 18 - 36 hours you can check the status of your shipment online at any time and free of charge with the respective carrier via the sent link.
